Provisional text for the waitlist, until Elvoro's full privacy policy is published with the new website.
Last updated 20 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Elvoro Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 16617494), London, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@elvoro.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your e-mail address and the language of the page you used. Four answers are optional: your company or brand, its size, your monthly marketing and advertising spend (a range) and your main objective. We use them to understand who is interested in Elvoro.
Our servers process your IP address to deliver the page, to limit repeated sign-ups and, where it is switched on, to check with Cloudflare Turnstile that a person is signing up. With your sign-up we store only a salted hash of it (never the address itself), the first 200 characters of your browser's identification string, the text you agreed to and the time you agreed.
Why, and on what basis
To tell you when Elvoro launches. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which we record with every sign-up. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@elvoro.com, and we then delete your sign-up. Where we send our e-mails through Mailchimp, you may get one confirmation e-mail first (double opt-in), and every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
Who receives it
Elvoro keeps the waitlist in its own database at Cloudflare, Inc., which also hosts this page and runs the bot check. Our team receives a notification e-mail with each sign-up. [If Mailchimp is switched on:] Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) receives your address and answers to send the confirmation and launch e-mails for us. Where data goes to the USA, it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. [To be confirmed by Elvoro's lawyer.]
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until [12 months] after the launch announcement, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it. Write to contact@elvoro.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
